2013 Veterans Day Event
We would like to invite everyone out to the campground this Saturday, November 2, starting at 11:00am to help us honor our veterans and active service men and women. Without them we would not be able to have the freedom we have. Events will take place at the shelter at Center Circle. For nearly 13 years, this Veterans Day Event has been a staple at Hueston Woods State Park. People from every corner of the state and beyond come to the campground on the first Saturday of November to honor our soldiers from Ohio and their family members. This year we will be honoring several soldiers including the late Lt. Cristina Maddock who gave her life earlier this year in Afghanistan. Hope to see you all there!!
